Located on a low traffic street in a tree-filled residential neighborhood, this house provides its guests with easy access to the beach without all the congestion and noise that you'll find on the busier streets of the island. You can return home from a day at the beach or exploring the Charleston area and relax in the home's spacious backyard with a private pool, sun deck and yard. You and your family will feel right at home in this charming, single story home with a renovated kitchen, open floor plan layout and comfortable living room. Guests enter Just Beachy through the electronic door lock on the front door of this single story home. Once you enter the front door, you will find a large living room with a comfortable sectional & arm chairs; a dining area that comfortably seats 10 people (with additional seating at the kitchen island and outdoor table on the back deck); and a renovated kitchen with two refrigerators, two dishwashers, a gas range, microwave, coffee maker and more. The 5 bedrooms of the home (including the three en suites), the hallway bathroom, the playroom and the laundry room are all located near one another down the hallway off of the kitchen. You can access the back yard -- including private pool and sun deck -- through the back door in the kitchen. Free off-street parking on the driveway for a maximum of 3 cars. Please note there is no additional parking available if your party has more than 3 cars.
